Building bonds with party members is one of the most rewarding aspects of Persona 3 Reload, but Aigis features a unique timeline compared to other companions. As the anti-Shadow weapon develops human emotions, players receive the chance to forge the Aeon Arcana Social Link during the final month of the game. Understanding when this relationship unlocks and how to answer her questions effectively ensures you can complete her storyline before time runs out.
How to Unlock the Aigis Social Link
Unlike most Social Links that become available during the spring or summer, Aigis cannot begin her bond until early January. This late-game timeline occurs because her narrative arc requires significant story progression before she can process human connections. Once available, she can be found inside the 2F classroom at Gekkoukan High School during daytime hours.
Because January is the final active month in the game, players have a very narrow window to reach Rank 10. Fortunately, Aigis is available almost every day from Monday through Saturday, making her exceptionally accessible during the endgame. Planning your final calendar carefully allows you to easily fit her hangouts into your remaining schedule alongside other activities.
Best Dialogue Choices and Conversation Answers
To rank up with Aigis efficiently, selecting dialogue options that validate her emerging humanity and emotional growth is essential. Carrying an Aeon Arcana Persona in your inventory during hangouts will grant substantial bonus point multipliers for correct choices. Supporting her realization of personal choice and empathy will consistently yield the highest affinity points.
During early rank events, respond warmly when she asks about human customs or her purpose alongside the protagonist. In mid-tier ranks, encourage her independence and self-expression rather than viewing her strictly as a mechanical weapon. By validating her feelings in the final ranks, you will gain enough affinity to rank up during every single meeting.
Rewards for Maxing Out the Aeon Social Link
Reaching Rank 10 with Aigis completes her emotional transformation, granting a special key item required for advanced Persona fusion. This ultimate item grants access to fuse Metatron, the supreme Persona of the Aeon Arcana. Completing her storyline provides crucial thematic depth and closure to the overall narrative of Persona 3 Reload.
